Also, there have been studies that show when we don’t get enough minerals in our diet, our cells don’t register that we are full & instead signals to keep eating so getting adequate minerals in our diet is crucial to weight loss.
Get enough sleep- Sleep is crucial to a fast metabolism. And I say it over and over again- just because you sleep through the night doesn’t mean you necessarily slept well. Its all about quality sleep. While you do need a certain minimum hours, a lot in your diet and lifestyle will determine how well those hours count. Get physical activity daily & exercise to speed up the fat burning. Also- when you exercise and what kind of exercise you do can have a huge impact on your Success. Strength training helps build muscle which burns more calories. Cardio is important as well. Holistic Personal Training visits include strength, cardio, flexibility and sleep tips, and any other factors that may be necessary for your success.
