Strength is super important. Our muscles move us. As we get older, strength can decline especially in different key muscle groups. Don’t let it!
Cardio is synonymous with endurance, and pain- just kidding, but not really 😄. It can also be synonymous with energy as the better our cardio is, the more Energy we seem to have. Technically speaking though Cardiovascular Endurance is simply the ability of our body to circulate oxygen to all our cells. As our “cardio”
improves, so will our cardiovascular endurance. Breathing with The Muscle Release System can actually be turned into an endurance boosting exercise.
After wrestling boxing, MMA and a near death experience, I realized flexibility is not only key to strength & fitness but also key to health & longevity! Read more about my story here. But as a result I created The Muscle Release System as I recovered. The less muscle tension you have, the longer your muscle fibers are resulting in more strength. Also, the less wasted energy you will have from constant muscle contractions giving you more endurance and more energy.
